What classifies something as either a Sample or Second?
An item that was made for fun or as a test piece is considered a sample
An Item that is included in my current offerings but came out of the kiln with a small blemish that does not change the functionality is classified as a second.
How much are these items?
Prices range from $10-$150 *not including shipping
When should I expect to receive my order?
Please expect your item(s) to get packed and ship within 3-5 business days after purchasing.
You will receive an email confirmation with a shipping number as soon as the carrier picks up your package.
I ship using ground shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, simply email me to work it out.
Is local pickup available?
Yes!
Choose the local pickup option at checkout to get free shipping. I will email you to setup a day and time for pick up.
Please keep in mind that my studio is located in Bishop, CA.
Do you accept returns?
All orders are final sale
If an item arrives damaged, please email me within 2 days and include your order number + a photo of the damaged item.
